Analyst Jr. Logistic

Responsible for coordinating and supporting operations in the 3PL and administrative offices, guaranteeing the availability of products and the correct level of service to associates, in accordance with established corporate policies and guidelines.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

•    Support in the operation control of the 3PL and administrative offices assigned to the subcontracted company: receipt of goods, follow-up on everything involved with preparation of orders and dispatch of orders.
•    Monitoring of stock control and requesting the inputs used in storage and dispatch operations to guarantee their optimal performance.
•    Registration and execution of cyclical and total inventories.
•    Review that the transactions executed by the outsourced company's operators are correct, according to the established procedure; with the purpose of contributing to the assurance and reliability of the inventory record in Oracle.
•    Review the monthly billing of all contracted services to ensure correct attention at the delivery center (logistics services, basic services, rental of premises among others)
•    Support with the import process to ensure compliance with internal and SOX guidelines.
•    Respond to complaints about shipments submitted by associates within 24 hours.

•    Support the various activities of the Department, with the purpose of contributing to the fulfillment of the objectives.
